Cabin 1

Description: Two rooms with bunk beds, kitchen/dining area, kitchenette

Heat:  Wood stove

Water:  No water indoors during cold weather months, but it is available at Bannard Cabin.

Latrine:  The latrine is near the Welcome Center.

NE Area

Description:  Two rooms with bunk beds, kitchen/dining area, kitchenette

Water:  No water indoors during cold weather months, but it is available at Bannard Cabin.

Latrine:  The latrine is near the Welcome Center.

Cabin 12

Description: 1 bedrooms with two beds; Kitchenette with cooking facilities

Heat: Wood Stove

Water:  No water indoors during the cold weather months.

Latrine:  The nearest latrine is across the road from the Welcome Center, the first building you see when you enter the camp property.

Cabin 13

Description:  One bunk room with a kitchen/dining area, kitchenette

Heat:  Propane heater

Water:  No water indoors during cold weather months, but it is available at Bannard Cabin.

Latrine:  The latrine is near the Welcome Center.

Cabin 14

Description:  Two rooms with bunk beds, kitchen/dining area, kitchenette

Heat:  Wood stove

Water:  No water indoors during cold weather months, but it is available at Bannard Cabin.

West Loop Cabins

Each cabin has one room with two beds. Heating is unavailable.

Water is available at Bannard Cabin. There is a latrine near the West Camp Dining Hall, or you can use the one near the Welcome Center.

Gilwell Field Bungalow

Each bungalow is one room with two beds.

Heat is not available.

Water is available at Bannard Cabin. There is a latrine near the West Camp Dining Hall, or use the one near the Welcome Center.

Campsites

Birch

Location: Birch campsite is in Wabaningo.  You will have five small primitive patrol sites to use (room for about 6 in each).

Firewood: Firewood is available in Gilwell Field. 

Latrines: Latrines are in the center of the main campsite and in Gilwell Field

Water: There is shared water at the main campsite. No water will be available there during the cold weather months, but it is available at Bannard Cabin (across from the large maintenance barn).

Jack Pine

Location: Jack Pine campsite is in Wabaningo.  You will have five small primitive patrol sites to use (room for about 6 in each).

Firewood: Firewood is available in Gilwell Field. 

Latrines: Latrines are in the center of the main campsite and in Gilwell Field

Water: There is shared water at the main campsite. No water will be available there during the cold weather months, but it is available at Bannard Cabin (across from the large maintenance barn).
