‘Mug Club’ Leader Meetings

 
 

Scouting at Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan is full of fun traditions, like Mug Club! Each summer morning at 9:15 AM, our office team hosts meetings for adult leaders. This timing allows you to send your Scouts on their way, drop off any outgoing mail, and join us at the East or West Camp office for helpful info and your daily coffee fix!

You don’t have to wait for summer to attend a camp leader meeting—there are also pre-summer orientations for you to get the details and a sneak peek! Here are the topics for 2025. To make these sessions easy to join, we offer midday and evening options for the same topic, each lasting about 45 minutes. Click on the session time for the meeting link.
